How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1 business day. Standard shipping takes 2-3 business days, express 1 business day (Jabodetabek area).

Can I return or exchange my order?

Yes! Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items with tags attached. See our Returns page.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept bank transfer / virtual account, e-wallet (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay), QRIS, and credit/debit cards via Midtrans.
