All products are sold by Sleepie Pajamas. We may update these terms, product details, and prices at any time without prior notice. The terms in effect at the time of your order apply to that order.

2. Orders

• An order is confirmed once payment is successfully received.
• We reserve the right to cancel an order due to stock issues or suspected fraud; any payment made will be refunded.
• Please ensure your shipping details are correct before checkout.

3. Prices & Payment

All prices are in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed securely through Midtrans, supporting bank transfer / virtual account, e-wallet, QRIS, and cards. Your order is processed after payment is confirmed.

4. Shipping

Orders are shipped across Indonesia via our courier partners. Delivery times are estimates and may vary. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your address. See our Shipping page for details.

5. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items with tags attached. Refunds are issued via bank transfer or store credit after the returned item is received and inspected. See our Returns page for the full policy.

6. Products

We do our best to display colors and details accurately, but actual products may vary slightly due to screens and lighting. Sizes may have a 1-3 cm tolerance due to manual measurement.

7. Intellectual Property
